nopho annual meeting

The NOPHO prizes are awarded annually to the best abstracts presented by young investigators at the NOPHO Annual Meeting. Young investigators are defined as medical students, PhD students, and postdoctoral researchers without a permanent clinical position. The prize committee consists of one national representative from each of the NOPHO countries. These committee members are selected from among the participants at the meeting by the organizers of the annual meeting. The total prize sum is 3,000 EUR, drawn from the NOPHO AMFA account. The funds are at the disposal of the organizing committee to allocate for the NOPHO prizes. Typically, one main prize of 2,000 EUR is awarded for the best oral presentation, with the possibility of using the remaining amount for one or more additional prizes. The prize winners are officially announced and receive their awards during the annual dinner.
